Returns & Warranty
Revolve™ accepts product returns and exchanges for products purchased on the company website. If you have purchased your product from another Revolve™ distributor please coordinate your return or exchange with that company or organization. Product Return Evaluations take 10-12 business days to complete – evaluation period may take longer during periods of high volume.

Non-Warranty Returns & Exchanges
For any non-warranty returns or exchanges, we will accept products within the first 30 days of purchase. All items must be in perfect, unused condition. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than www.revolvewater.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase to coordinate a return.
We will not accept any non-warranty returns after 30 days. If you think that your product is defective, please see our warranty return information below.

Warranty Return Information: Stainless Steel Bottles & Accessories
All Revolve™ stainless steel bottles and accessories come with a one-year warranty. This warranty protects the customer against potential manufacturing defects, including damage upon receipt, welding flaws, and certain aesthetic defects.

Warranty Return Information: Water Filtration System
Revolve™ warrants the portable water filtration system to the consumer for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase when used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
If there are any defects with the product, please return the product postage paid to the Revolve™ with a valid purchase receipt. If you think that your product may be defective, please contact us at customerservice@revolvewater.com to report your inquiry or issue.
This guarantee does not cover improper use or maintenance, or premature clogging of filtration systems by overly turbid water. This warranty gives the consumer specific rights. The manufacturer shall under no circumstances be liable for any special indirect or consequential damages owing to misuse of goods. The manufacturer makes no warranty of fitness or merchant-ability and no other warranty, oral or written, express or implied except as specifically set forth therein.

After contacting our customer service department, if you would like to coordinate a product return or exchange with Revolve™, please fill out our “Revolve™ Return Form.” Include this form with your returned products, and send to:

Returns take 10-12 business days to process upon receipt. Returns Evaluation may take longer during periods of high volume. Please be sure to include tracking and insurance when you return your products. Revolve™ cannot replace goods lost in Product Returns shipping if package tracking is not available.
If you purchased your Revolve™ product from a retailer other than revolvewater.com, please contact that retailer to coordinate a product return.
Shipping & Handling
We typically finish processing orders within 2-3 business days. During periods of high volume processing may be longer, but you can be assured that we are committed to fulfilling your purchase as fast as possible.

Shipping Carriers
Our domestic shipping carriers currently include United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
USPS is required for all PO Box deliveries.
International Orders
Revolve™ ships via USPS for international orders. Shipping charges are based on location, size, and weight of order. Your order may be subject to additional duties and taxes depending on state authority.
Shipping Errors
If there is an error in your shipment, please email our customer service branch at customerservice@revolve.com, and we will expedite a resolution. In your email, please provide your order number, which can be found in your customer email receipt.
