Filter Recycling Program

If you would like to ensure that your used filters are recycled, please check out the following instructions to participate in the Revolve™ Filter Recycling Program.

How to recycle your filters

Step 1: Dry out your filter. Shake out excess water and leave to dry over 2-3 days.

Step 2: Pack up your filter. Include a slip of paper with your name, address, phone number, and email for a shipping discount on your next replacement filter order. If possible, we encourage you to send multiple filters at a time.

Step 3: Mail your filter. Please mail filters via a ground shipping service to Revolve™ Recycling Station, 32693 Calle Perfecto, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675.

In order to keep our water filters out of landfills, Revolve™ has started a Filter Recycling Program where we process and recycle our water filters into reusable resources.

Don’t worry shipping your filters via ground mail is still more beneficial and will keep your filter out of the landfills. The pp#5, bpa-free plastic and activated-carbon filter can be regenerated into raw materials and energy.

Thank you for you effort!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can’t I just drop my filter into my home recycling bin?
A: Unfortunately, most municipal recyclers do not recycle pp#5 plastic nor do they have the equipment to regenerate activated-carbon filters into reusable energy sources. Therefore, we have developed our own program where we collect and recycle filters used by our customers.
